Show up like you've been thinking about them.
Tagup listens to every session, drafts your notes, and pulls every thread forward — so nothing falls between weeks.
- Record every session — be fully present while Tagup drafts the notes.
- "Where are we with this client?" — a prep brief across every prior session.
- Every client's story arc on one timeline — patterns surface across the weeks.
Be present in the session. Tagup takes the notes.
You can’t really listen and take notes at the same time. With tagup recording, you stop trying. The session is transcribed, the smart-notes draft what you’d have written, and every commitment — theirs and yours — is captured for you to confirm with one tap when the session ends. See how tagups work →
- Speaker-aware transcripts you can pull a quote from for the next session.
- Smart-note drafts you edit, in the framework you actually use (GROW, IDP, your own).
- Commitments and follow-ups become tracked items, not promises in your head.
Rich session notes that actually become a record.
The smart-note draft is just the start. Edit it in your voice, format it the way you teach, tag the breakthroughs, pin the questions for next session. The note becomes the prep for next week’s conversation, not a graveyard of bullet points.
- Rich-text editor with headers, callouts, embedded transcript quotes.
- Tag commitments inside the note; they show up on the dashboard.
- Per-client templates so your IDP framework stays consistent across sessions.
Every client's story arc, on one page.
Each client gets a profile that holds every session, every commitment, every personal thread they’ve trusted you with. Three months in, you remember the boss they’re worried about, the wedding they’re planning, the breakthrough from session four. They feel held. Because they are.
- Session timeline with smart-note recaps you can scan in 60 seconds.
- Recurring-theme tracking so patterns surface across weeks, not within.
- Personal context fields you fill in; the AI never invents what they didn’t say.
Brief me before this session. In the framework I use.
“Where are we with Jordan?” The Hub reads every session, every note, every commitment — and gives you the prep brief in plain language. The pattern you’ve been seeing for three weeks. The thing they raised in session two that’s still unresolved. The commitment they made that you should ask about. You walk in like you’ve been holding their story all week.
- Per-client briefs on demand, in plain language.
- Surfaces patterns across sessions you might have missed.
- Proposes session-opening questions rooted in their actual history.
Common questions from coaches
What about client confidentiality? My ethics board is strict.
Your tagups, notes, and the Hub’s prep briefs are encrypted, scoped to your account, and never used to train any external model. Tagup is single-user — no admin role, no shared workspace. Recording is per-session and deliberate: you start it yourself, the client approves it beforehand through Tagup’s built-in consent flow (see below), and any session can run notes-only.
What about EU clients and GDPR?
You’re the data controller; Tagup is the processor. We support data-subject access requests (export their full record on demand), right-to-erasure (delete a client’s history in one click), and data residency notes are in the privacy policy. Coaches with EU clients use Tagup; the privacy model was built with that in mind.
What happens when an engagement ends?
You choose. Keep the client profile and history (some clients return a year later), export it as documents (some ethics frameworks recommend keeping a copy outside the working system), or delete permanently. Per-client export is one click; full account deletion is one click.
Do I need the client’s consent to record?
Yes — and Tagup handles the asking. Send a transcription-approval request from the client’s profile; they get an email stating who you are and your purpose, and they approve or decline from a private, sign-in-free page — no Tagup account needed. Until they approve, Tagup won’t record them: the control stays disabled. They can revoke at any time, every grant and change is time-stamped in an audit history, and each recording carries the consent decision that allowed it — exactly the evidence an ethics framework asks you to keep. Any in-session notice your framework or local law requires is still yours to give.
