Walk into every client call ready.
Brief yourself on every client in 30 seconds. Tagup records the meeting, drafts the notes, tracks every commitment between sessions.
- "Catch me up on this client before our 4pm" — natural-language prep across every session.
- Record the session; walk away with the recap and every commitment captured.
- One profile per engagement — the whole client history on one screen.
Brief me on this client. Now.
“Catch me up on Acme before our 4pm.” The Hub reads every prior session, every commitment, every note you’ve ever taken on this engagement — and gives you the prep brief in plain language. Their open questions, your open deliverables, the thing the CFO mentioned in passing two calls ago. You walk in already half-prepared. See how the Hub works →
- Natural-language briefs scoped to one client at a time.
- Surfaces open commitments and recurring themes per engagement.
- Proposes the right follow-ups; you confirm in one tap.
Record the session. Write the deliverable from the transcript.
The session itself becomes the source of truth. Tagup transcribes who said what, drafts the structured recap, and flags every commitment — yours, theirs, contingent ones. The “follow-up email” is half-written before you’re back at your desk. See how tagups work →
- Speaker-aware transcripts, one click to share with the client.
- Smart-note recaps in the format they expect from you.
- Commitments auto-routed to your task list, no transcription tax.
One profile per client. Their whole engagement on one screen.
Every client gets a profile that holds the engagement timeline, the personal context they trusted you with, the names of the people on their side you need to keep straight. When the same client comes back in eighteen months, you don’t reconstruct the relationship from invoices. It’s right there.
- Engagement timeline with every session, every deliverable, every commitment.
- Stakeholder map — the CFO, the head of ops, the assistant who actually books the calls.
- Personal context fields you set; the AI never invents what wasn’t said.
Find the thing they said three engagements ago.
“Have I worked on something like this before?” Tagup searches by meaning, not keyword — across every transcript, note, and brief from every engagement you’ve ever run. Past work becomes a library you can actually use.
- Semantic search across all clients and all years.
- Filter by client when you need to; cross-client when you don’t.
- Your IP, your library — never shared, never used to train external models.
Common questions from consultants
Can I keep clients fully segregated — Client A never seeing Client B’s data?
Yes. Tagup is single-user; only you see your data. Each client has their own profile, their own timeline, their own notes. Search defaults to scope-by-client when you ask client-specific questions. Cross-client search is available but always explicit — you choose when to look across the practice and when to stay inside one engagement.
Do I need my client’s permission to record sessions?
By default, yes — Tagup won’t record a client until they’ve approved it. You send a transcription-approval request from the client’s profile, stating who you are and your purpose; they approve from their email — no Tagup account needed — and can revoke at any time. Approvals are logged with a full audit history, and every recording carries a record of the consent that allowed it. Recording stays a deliberate step you take at the start of a session — nothing is ever captured in the background — and any client who’d rather not be recorded can run notes-only.
Can Tagup draft the agenda for the next session?
Yes. When you’re setting up the next tagup with a client, Smart Agenda drafts one from the engagement history — open commitments, unresolved threads, what you covered last time — and you edit from there. Add a steering note (“focus on the Q3 renewal”) when you want it pointed somewhere specific.
What about confidentiality? My clients have NDAs.
Your transcripts, notes, and briefs are encrypted, scoped to your account, and never used to train any external model. Tagup is not a CRM — there’s no shared workspace, no admin role, no auto-share. Export per-session if you need to share a recap; otherwise nothing leaves your account.
What happens when an engagement ends — can I keep the relationship history?
Yes. You can keep the client profile and all session history indefinitely (the next engagement is often two years later, and the memory pays off). Or you can export per-client and delete — your choice, one click.
