What we're actively building
Tagup for Desktop
A native desktop app that keeps Tagup one keystroke away — start a recording, capture a note, or ask the Hub without breaking your flow.
Capture conversations the moment they happen
Routines
Give Tagup a standing instruction and a schedule — daily, weekly, or monthly. It checks your relationships in the background and saves a report, with an email if you want one.
Proactive checks you never have to ask for

What's next on our list
Calendar Integration
Connect your Google or Outlook calendar so your upcoming meetings show up in Tagup — prep with the Hub beforehand and turn each one into a logged tagup without retyping the details.
Walk into every scheduled meeting prepared

Proactive Relationship Guidance
AI-suggested tagup topics, discussion points, and relationship strategies — surfaced before you need them.
Never run out of meaningful things to discuss

The Conversation Hub
Talk to Tagup, your AI partner, about everyone you work with. Ask it to catch you up before a meeting and it reads everything you've captured — tagups, notes, transcripts, commitments — then proposes tasks and follow-ups you approve in a tap.
You stay the author; Tagup is the partner
Document Management
Attach files to any person's profile — proposals, briefs, contracts — so everything about a relationship lives in one place.
Every relevant file, right where you need it
Smart Note Enhancement
Tagup drafts a clean, structured summary from a recorded conversation — you edit and confirm what counts before it's saved.
Polished recaps from a rough conversation
Enhanced Note-Taking Experience
A full rich-text editor for notes and tagups — headings, lists, and formatting, with both visual and Markdown editing modes.
Notes structured enough to become a real record
Voice-to-Text Tagups
Record your conversations and get accurate, speaker-labeled transcripts you can search and revisit.
Never miss what was actually said
